About Rev Ifueko
Reverend Ifueko Charmien Ebhota, fondly known simply as Ifueko Charmien, is a Nigerian-born singer, songwriter, preacher of the Word, and seasoned worship leader whose ministry has impacted lives across nations. She hails from Edo State, Benin City, and has become a prophetic voice in the Body of Christ, carrying a unique sound and healing anointing that ushers believers into deep encounters with God.
With a ministry career spanning over 35 years, Rev. Ifueko has faithfully served in diverse capacities as a worship pastor and leader across Africa. She has been privileged to serve as a worship leader in Christ Embassy under the ministry of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and later became part of Chosen Treasure, the music ministry of House on the Rock, under the leadership of Pastor Paul Adefarasin, between 1998 and 2000. Her ministry is marked by the prophetic and is characterized by the release of a prophetic sound for the end-time Church, bringing deliverance, healing, and spiritual awakening to countless people.
Her life and ministry are accompanied by numerous testimonies of healing and miracles. Known for her prophetic voice and worship mantle, she carries an unusual presence of the Holy Spirit whenever she ministers, leading congregations into realms of intimacy with God. Her songs, including the widely known “Turning in My Favour” and “I Believe”, have become signature sounds that continue to bless and inspire worshippers globally.
In recognition of her musical and spiritual impact, Rev. Ifueko was nominated in 2022 as Female Vocalist of the Year under the Praise Achievement Award label. Over the years, she has had the honor of ministering alongside some of the most respected voices in the global Church, including Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, Bishop T.D. Jakes, Bishop Michael Pitts, Bishop John Francis, and many others, further cementing her place as a vessel of excellence in worship and ministry.
Her personal walk with God began at the tender age of eight when she encountered the Lord Jesus Christ, a moment that ignited her lifelong passion for soul-winning and Kingdom service. Born to Pastor Clarisbel and the late Chief Noragbon Igiehon, she is the 7th of 28 children. Her salvation was a turning point not just for her but for her entire family. Through her witness and prayers, the power of idol worship in her lineage was broken, and many of her immediate family members came to Christ.
From her early school days, Rev. Ifueko was recognized as a sought-after worship leader on campus and in churches, known for the grace upon her life to lead men and women into God’s tangible presence. Her love for both worship and the Word has remained a defining hallmark of her ministry. A gifted teacher as well as a psalmist, she preaches and sings with prophetic authority, always with the salvation of souls at the core of her calling.
Academically, she is a graduate of English Language from the University of Benin, a background that enriches her ability to articulate spiritual truths with clarity and depth.
